Beth is known to both her clients and friends as warm, witty, whip-smart, and a constant source of inspiration. Beth prides herself on being a calm and trusted advisor, providing a superior level of customer service that is diligently tailored to each and every client’s unique situation. Beth is an accomplished Southern Westchester agent who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the buying and home-selling process. As an experienced full-time agent, Beth understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in life and views representation and guidance through this process as a true privilege.

Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Beth spent 15 years in various executive roles for several Fortune 500 health care companies. There, she gained invaluable experience negotiating terms for hospital and physician contracts, an essential skill that she brings to her role as an agent.

Graduating Cum Laude from Florida State University, this Southerner with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a minor in Fine Arts easily balances the science and art of practicing real estate in the toughest market in the world.

Beth, a U.S. Army veteran's wife and mother of two young children, calls Pelham home. She is an active board member of the Friends of Pelham Public Library, currently serving as Co-President; a member of the Pelham Chamber of Commerce, belongs to the Junior League of Pelham, having served on the board as Vice President of Communication; and active in the Siwanoy Elementary School PTA. She has also participated in the Huguenot Nursery School Parent Committee. In addition to her volunteer work, Beth is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS®, and Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®.

Beth has earned a certification as a Pricing Strategy Advisor from the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025, Beth was named a Five Star Professional award winner and featured in Westchester Magazine. Beth was recognized by Westchester Magazine as Best Real Estate Agent for 2024, 2025, and 2026. Beth is ranked in the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationally and is a RealTrends Verified top agent by volume in the United States.
