WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Beth is the absolute best! My husband and I began the house search in spring 2020, a very challenging time to be first-time homebuyers! We were all over the place, constantly evolving (AKA changing) what we wanted, where we wanted it, and when we wanted it. Beth was not only patient, but incredibly helpful throughout the entire year-long process. At the beginning, she knew just the right questions to ask...

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Beth came recommended, and from our first introduction she was kind, knowledgeable, a great listener, and most of all sensitive to all our needs. We lived in our home for 25-plus years and wanted to know we were leaving our home to a family that would love it and make beautiful memories there. She checked every box you could imagine and then all the ones you did not think about. It was a great pleasure w...

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Beth was fantastic. She helped me buy a home in Westchester. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, etc. She responded very quickly to all emails and inquiries, and promptly scheduled appointments for me. Beth was also very good about following up with the seller's broker, the seller's attorney, and the mortgage broker when little glitches developed along the way. I recommend her very highly.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Beth did an amazing job from the beginning to the end of our home sale process. She listened to our thoughts when it came to pricing our home based on upgrades and knowledge of the home that only we would have. She staged our home beautifully and even had a professional photographer take drone photos and video to ensure buyers had the best views of not only the house but also our unique neighborhood. She...

Beth Ritchie was the perfect agent for first-time homebuyers like ourselves. She served as a comforting and reassuring guiding hand as we learned the homebuying process for the first time. WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Elizabeth was amazing! She was thoughtful, responsive, and always willing to address concerns. She helped negotiate issues with the main lead pipe and issues with a buried oil tank. She worked well with the other agent, seemed to be a natural with people, and was always willing to go the extra mile. She even gave me great leads on painters, roofers, and inspectors. She is a pleasure to work with, and I w...

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Let me start by saying my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Beth Ritchie for both seasoned home buyers and sellers as well as first-time homebuyers. My wife and I happened to have fallen into the latter camp, where the current real estate market in the NYC suburbs can be overwhelming (to say the least) and littered with unqualified and/or aggressive agents. Meeting Beth (at an open house, no less) was ...

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

One of the best decisions during my first New York home purchase was having Beth as our realtor! She is very patient, personable, and makes herself available to her clients. We would often come up for home viewings by train from the city, and Beth always offered to pick us up from the station as she showed us the local neighborhood spots. When my husband couldn't come to viewings with me, Beth felt like ...

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Beth Ritchie was a godsend. As first-time homeowners moving from NYC to Westchester, we were way out of our depth navigating the real estate market. We met Beth at an open house and couldn’t have been happier that we clicked right away because she was so easy to talk to, not pushy at all, clearly knowledgeable, and so responsive over the subsequent few months. Beth helped us navigate the market, bid stra...
